Gloria J. (Bowman) Lyon, 84, of Indianapolis, passed away February 4, 2016. She was born January 3, 1932, in Goshen, IN, to the late Fred and Evelyn Bowman. She was a member of Allisonville Christian Church and worked for 35 years as a youth minister.
Gloria is survived by her daughter, Ingrid (Hugh) Prentice; son, K. Brynolf (Anne Taylor) Lyon; grandsons, Spencer and Brian Prentice and Gyrid and Anders Lyon; step-granddaughter, Lauren Taylor; and step-grandson, Chris Taylor.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Allisonville Christian Church. Memorial contributions may be directed to the church. Please visit her online guestbook at indianafuneralcare.com.
